Customer supplied the metal shell. We poured and filled lead to specification to give the pile driver the weight it needs to drive poles or other type objects into the earth. Pushing through the dirt requires a lot of force. By using dense lead for custom weight, a pile drive can generate the force required for driving piles for piers, poles, bridges and other foundations.
